Born on January 25, 1980 under the sign of Aquarius, Xavi is probably one of the best soccer players of the 21st century. Some consider him to be the best Barcelona player in the new millennium, putting his name even before Ronaldinho and even the great Lionel Messi. And rightfully so.
Xavi started his career in the Catalan giant Barcelona back in 1998 and for this team he recorded impressive numbers of 505 games, i.e. 58 goals. The fact that detailed statistics were not taken as much care in the past as they are now is truly regrettable. If that were the case, we would also know the exact number of Xavi’s assists, assists that have led to countless titles for Barcelona in the Spanish LaLiga, the Spanish Copa del Rey, as well as the UEFA Champions League. Those assists were also crucial in the historic triumphs of the Spanish national football team at the European Championship in 2012, as well as the World Championship in 2010.
